By developing inclusive teaching practices, faculty can contribute to building academic spaces where all can thrive by making intellectual pursuits accessible and responsive to the experiences of all our students. Inclusive teaching practices also allow faculty to reflect on their own experiences within underrepresented groups and provide opportunities to bring experiences more fully into the classroom.
